Course Overview

This discipline of engineering is amongst the Core engineering and deals with the art of applying design, aesthetics and natural beauty to clothing and its accessories. Designers conduct research on Fashion trends and interpret them for their audience. Fashion designers attempt to design clothes which are functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. They consider who is likely to wear a garment and the situations in which it will be worn, and they work within a wide range of materials, colors, patterns and styles. The Hi- Tech Embroidery Machines, Knitting Machines and etc across common walks of life bears significance and importance for the Fashion Design. It aims to deepen the knowledge and practical skills of the students on the basic concepts and theories that will equip them in their professional work involving analysis, systems implementation, operation, production, and maintenance of the various applications in the field of Fashion Design. In present times, Fashion Design Opens up great career prospects for the students. The students after completion of the diploma can easily avail job opportunities in export house, production, fashion marketing, quality control and promotion of brands. The candidates can also work in retail stores, designing studio that are involved in real-time transfer of information through video conferencing and internet broadcasting.Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works like roads, bridges. Polytechnic, Neemka, Faridabad (Haryana) proposes to offer Diploma course in Civil Engineering subject to approval & recognition by AICTE & Haryana Govt. Keeping in view the scope in Civil construction activity, the students would find tremendous opportunity in the Industry after Completing three-year Diploma Course. Well qualified faculty and infrastructure would prepare the students for building their carrier.
